Since becoming the new capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana has witnessed the construction of many new buildings including the new Parliament Building.
Designing the M&E services was interesting and exciting as the outside air temperature in Astana can be as low as - 33ºC in the winter and as high as + 35ºC during the summer.
