The quality control for the installation of District cooling system in Raffal Tower-Riyadh was done by ICEM.
The skyscraper which claims to be the tallest residential tower in the capital will house Riyadh’s first vertically integrated residential community as well as a five-star luxury hotel – BurjRafal Hotel Kempinski – as well as retail outlets within its 70 storeys.
