Al-Rajhi Tower - RIYADH, KSA
Full MEP and Energy system Design was done for this award winning high rise building for Al-Rajhi- a major banking Institution in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
ICEM together with SOM (USA) developed the full tender and construction package for the MEP and Structural Services for this prestigious building in Riyadh. ICEM also developed a full DSM and Load Shifting TES system based on ice storage for this project.
