The Design Review and quality control for the installation of advanced energy efficient cooling system in Rafal Tower-Riyadh was done by ICEM.
The skyscraper which claims to be the tallest residential tower in the capital houses Riyadh’s first vertically integrated residential community, a five-star luxury hotel – Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski – as well as retail outlets within its 70 storeys.
